Layers of moist, brandied, devils food cake covered with espresso Ganosh then toped with fresh raspberries & a raspberry Chombard liquor sauce.
This is a seasonal cake & we can substitute raspberries for strawberries year round and off season.

A fudge Brownie filled with pecans & dark chocolate, sits under a delicious layer of my Myers Rum caramel sauce, then we added a Ganache. With hint of New Mexico green chili. To top it off we have pecan pralines with our own blend of spices like chili & cinnamon. Suggested to serve warm with creamy vanilla ice cream.
Pastry Item 3
Gâteau is an especially light cake or pastry filled with custard, fruit, or nuts. Tiramisu means “pick me up” in Italian. It is made up of a layer of sponge fingers, which are soaked in coffee and some kind of liqueur. A layer of rich creamy Mascarpone cheese mixture is then laid over and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder.

This beautiful Coconut Cake. It is a real crowd pleaser with its four layers of coconut flavored butter cake, Layer cakes always need a frosting, and for this cake we are using a smooth and shiny cream cheese Frosting. Of course, a Coconut Cake needs coconut, so the finishing touch is a liberal sprinkling of sweetened coconut over the entire cake. We can drizzle dark chocolate over your cake upon request
