Wrap around skirts and tunic blouses can be worn by just about everyone. This skirt and blouse outfit is sold as a set. The skirt has an opening on the waist band where the sash can go through when tying, or ignore this and just wrap the skirt around your waist and tie it on the side. I personally do not use the openings made for the sash and prefer to wrap the sash, tying on the side and tucking the ends back into the waistband.
